Spring in Sweden

Spring is here in Sweden and a fire to get out the witches from the fields.

Most people came with their bicycles to see the fire.





Itäs the season to cut some wood to clean the forest.

Beklawa in Helsingborg

We started early morning, because we couldn't sleep...why? Yes we heard that a guy in the south of Sweden, in a city called Helsingborg (Helsingbori, in swedish) has opened a baklawa shop. The important in all this is that he has also KNEFE. We couldn't sleep. I told you. We have not been there, so it was a lovely ride with all the electricity wind driven motors. Sweden is very advanced in this. They try to make it cheaper ans reduce the need on fuel.



And here is the Baklawa. We bought just a little, but we bought more than 2 kilo Knefe with 15 ka3ke and ate Knefe till we drop. Now we are planning another trip to this city which is by the way 2 hours away.



Helsingborg is an important city in Sweden because much of the traffic from Europe come this way by sea. Danmark by sea is only 15 minutes. The beautiful pictures here are from the port of the city where you can see the buildings are built few meters from the quay of the port (rasif). People and the nature live in harmony. People, boats, sea, ships, baklawa.

The ship goes towards the Baltic sea and maybe to Russia. We stand in Sweden and on the other far side you can see Denmark.
